Runes
Players use fixed recipes for crafting runes that can be applied to Heroes.
Runes are a special material that is used in two ways.
Can be used to make an Ability rune, which unlocks preset ability for heroes.
Can be used to Create Runic Equipment, which has special properties that are only active in raids.
Players can choose which ones apply for each run in PvE.
